The Productive Process Pyramid (PPP) is a concept developed by Renishaw to illustrate the key stages involved in achieving optimal manufacturing efficiency and quality. The pyramid is divided into four levels:

Foundation: Establishing a stable and repeatable process base, including machine calibration and maintenance.
