Life of a Salesman !

Every job needs respect and it applies to every job but there is always a wrong conception on choosing a sales career . When you go and tell your parents you got a sales job and the first thing that comes to their mind is the last person they met doing the sales campaign in streets and there comes a quick confusion why salesman for a product which can sell by itself lets say apple which needs no introduction. Sales is a very crucial process in positioning the brand and marketing team cannot express their idea to 8 billion people in the world .If you ask me honestly every company owner or director or stake holder just look at profits and sales and nobody sees the process in getting the revenue .A company can outgrow the market growth if they have a strong sales team because only a salesman can convince that one guy who can convince may be 100 or 1000 or even millions and that’s what I can say Salesman Magic .

Every salesman has the potential to become the CEO of the company not just because he can sell the product but also he can evaluate and understand everyone capability inside and outside the company and give us the realtime trends and feedback to correct and go in the right direction and i don’t mean only sale people can become a ceo and we know some have natural talents .

To become a leader you have to be listener and take right decisions at the right time and this is very crucial for every salesman because every salesman has to listen no matter what and focus on solutions .
